Human Resources
Two full-time, Human Resource employees reside in our corporate office and oversee the employment services, employment policies and procedures, employee relations, and benefits and payroll administration for 160 full-time employees. Your contact is Pamela Hettlinger.
Accounting
The Department of six is prepared to answer questions and generate solutions to all your accounting needs – accounts payable, accounts receivable tracking, commission tracking, expense reimbursement and analysis, and profitability reporting. Your contact is Duong Nguyen.
Marketing / Client Support
Our experienced marketing and administrative staff will assist or lead the way as you find most helpful. Our annual Consultant conferences offer educational experiences acknowledged as the best in the industry. We can assist in opening doors, researching new clients, preparing for a conference, organizing training sessions, advertising in local or national publications and more. Information Technology
Our experienced IT staff of 6 full-time computer experts who speak “English,” assist all employees with equipment procurement, configuration, e-mail, networking, security, hardware/software needs and innovative technological developments. Your contact is Mitchell Fish.
Operations
The EPS quality assurance process helps ensure documentation accuracy. This department of 8 offers services including document review for conformance with client guidelines, life company underwriting rules, and legal clauses and language. They also rerun and recalculate quotes to validate their accuracy and have constant oversight of current rates and case tracking so that every case is in the spotlight when appropriate. Systems, Research and Training
There is a wealth of knowledge to be stored, discovered and shared in the structured settlement industry. If you need historical information, current statistics, guidance on EPS' existing trademarked software or introductory or in-depth training, your contact is Toni Warbington.
Licensing
Licensing is handled by two people in our Cincinnati office to ensure all consultants have the right licenses and appointments with all the EPS life markets. Renewals and CEUs are monitored so our Consultants never have to worry about license or appointment expiration. Your contact is Nancy Erbeck.
