Human Resources
Two full-time, Human Resource employees reside in our corporate office and oversee the employment services, employment policies and procedures, employee relations, and benefits and payroll administration for 160 full-time employees. Your contact is Pamela Hettlinger.
Accounting

Operations
The EPS quality assurance process helps ensure documentation accuracy. This department of 8 offers services including document review for conformance with client guidelines, life company underwriting rules, and legal clauses and language. They also rerun and recalculate quotes to validate their accuracy and have constant oversight of current rates and case tracking so that every case is in the spotlight when appropriate. Systems, Research and Training

Licensing
Licensing is handled by two people in our Cincinnati office to ensure all consultants have the right licenses and appointments with all the EPS life markets. Renewals and CEUs are monitored so our Consultants never have to worry about license or appointment expiration. Your contact is Nancy Erbeck.

Our experienced marketing and administrative staff will assist or lead the way as you find most helpful. Our annual Consultant conferences offer educational experiences acknowledged as the best in the industry.
