EPS Settlements Group’s success is due to its commitment to excellence in service and a determination to be the very best structured settlement specialists. This determination is reflected in our dedication to providing creative settlements that are structured by well-trained and experienced personnel who operate within a quality work environment. Among ourselves, we look for teamwork. No matter how large we become, we will strive to retain an action and performance-oriented operating philosophy. In addition, we routinely support the charitable causes of our employees as they work to make their communities better places to live.
We strive to be recognized as an industry leader. We are an active producer member company of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association. We are proud to claim 6 past presidents and current membership on most association subcommittees. This active participation allows us to be not only informed but to be drivers for change whenever possible in the fast moving tax, legal and economic marketplace. Our work with the trade association involves actively supporting legislation that would better the lives of injured individuals, and fighting against other entities that would cause them harm. As part of a larger entity, EPS supports efforts to expand the range of products and services that are complementary to structured settlements so that those injured may have more security.
We understand that there may be legitimate instances where a structured settlement recipient has experienced life altering circumstances resulting in a hardship situation that must be addressed. As a company, we have concerns over the ethics and professionalism of unauthorized factoring referrals. EPS and its predecessor companies have devoted decades to providing structured settlement services to tens of thousands of injured people and their families. In doing so we have provided claimants and their families with safety of principal, long term security and competitive tax free income streams for as long as a lifetime. Providing personal claimant information to a factoring company without authorization will nearly always be financially detrimental to the future of the annuitant, and the management of EPS regards such an action as a violation not only of the interests of the injured party, but a violation of the principles and ethical and professional standards of the Company.
Through our actions we are able to produce an enthusiastic, intense, caring and economically self-sufficient environment that has and will continue to produce individual and corporate success.
