Positions are available in New Orleans and the Washington D.C area (government services). Significant travel is involved.
Periodically, we have administrative associate positions open in the field offices around the country. These positions are responsible for coordinating all activity regarding preparing structured settlement proposals and legal agreements for a Consultant or Consultant group. They ensure the highest level of timely and responsive customer service is provided to the Consultant(s), all clients, and claimants, as well as coordinate interrelated activities between clients, attorneys, life companies, and consultants.
Occasionally, we have openings for quality assurance specialists in the Headquarters Office in Denver, Colorado. Specifically, employees in this position, as liaisons with the field offices, review and confirm accuracy of structured settlement client proposals and legal settlement packages from the field offices and provide changes. They monitor settled files and provide reminders to offices regarding follow up on data entry, case settlement, and document status at month-end. Additionally, they act as a resource for technical and research questions and assist in other capacities as needed.
